And what of us poor guys who live in third rate countries where the postal system isn’t safe and/or run by thieves? The only safe way to buy items is choosing the option Priority International Courier (averages 2-6 days). But the total cost of placing and order thus becomes ridiculously expensive: For me in Mexico City: Shipping & Handling: $32.98 plus Import Fees Deposit $32.50 I’d be paying more of shipping and fees than the actual cost of the DVD box set and with this world crisis the mexican peso keeps devaluating in relation to the dollar (20 percent in a few days) Do you want us to download Doctor Who illegally from Internet? One wants to be legal but you don’t leave us another option.

I can’t believe how many people are giving this incredibly disappointing season, 4 and 5 stars. I need to inject some realism into this situation. If you are a hardcore Dr. Who fan, buy this season. Otherwise, don’t start here!! Buy Season 3!! Good riddance to Russell T Davies.

Unequivocally the worst season of the revived Doctor Who. Tennant looks weary, Tate is good, suprisingly, but the stories are, overall, horrific. One of the worst finales ever sinks the bright moments of the season. With Davies leaving, things could take a turn for the better, but I will not be buying this season. Nuff said, watch it for yourself.

Warning Spoilers may appear!
To me, the fourth season is the pinnacle of Doctor Who episodes.
First off, it appears to me that Rose Tyler fans have become slightly prejudiced towards other companions. Personally, I was grateful when they got rid of her. Martha and Donna offer so much more to the role. They constantly challenge as well as support him. They do not just “moon” over him and do what he says. They want to know WHY? and that helps new viewers (by that I mean ones, unlike me, that have not been loyal fans since birth) understand the mechanics of the Doctor.
During the fourth season you get everything from volcanoes erupting to the Doctor having a daughter (I dearly hope they play off of this in later episodes) to carnivorous beings living in the shadows and a mysterious woman who seems to intimately know the Doctor. At times you have both Martha and Donna with the Doctor, this is a magnificent trio and they seem to work in harmony, it is as if they know what the other is going to do. Then there is an episode with Donna and Rose. Rose seems very cryptic throughout the episode and I can’t help but wonder why Donna didn’t question her more.
Then the finale begins. It can only be described as being the “edge of your seat” kind of episodes where you get it all…a surprise companion, Sarah Jane, Luke, Mr Smith, Martha, Donna, Rose, Mickey, Jackie, Captain Jack, Ianto, Gwen, AND the best of all K-9. They all return to help save the universe from Davros and the daleks. I loved the confrontation between Sarah Jane and Davros. It once again illustrated the joining of the old episodes into the new in the true fashion of Doctor Who.
It is a bit saddening to know that there will only be four episodes until 2010. They left it very well for that though. The Doctor can be on his own or find a new companion. I believe David Tennant could pull off a solitary Doctor for a while. Two of the Christmas episodes he was technically alone and picked up helpers during the shows. They worked extremely well and I adored the all-star cast on the fourth season’s Christmas special. The slate is wiped clean..Rose is gone, Donna is ignorant of the Doctor, and everyone else has someone or something else, anything can happen now and with any luck it probably will.
