Then there is genius that is right in front of our faces–we smile at the spell it puts us into and are refreshed, and nary a word needs to be spoken. This kind of entertainment is what they used to call “movie magic,” and there is loads of it in this irresistible computer animation feature. Just a picture of these bright toys on the cover of Toy Story look… More >>

Good news for parents who had young kids get scared by Toy Story: Disney and Pixar has made another movie, and called it Toy Story 2. I enjoyed the first Toy Story movie, even thought I couldn’t beleive that Tom Hanks was the voice of Woody in the first and is again in this film. And this time Woody is famous. He aways was, but he didn’t know. That in the 50’s he had his own tv show called Woody’s Roundup, in which the characters are puppets on string. But it got canceled becuase of kids only wanted to play with space toys. As Toy Story 2 opens, that his owner Andy (John Morris) is taking him to a camp. But Woody’s arm gets torn and is left back at home. And while Andy at camp, his mom (Laurie Metcalf) holds a yard sale. And takes a penguin that is Woody’s friend and sales him in a box for 25 cents. Woody goes off to the yard sale and falls off of Andy’s dog. And Big Al who needs Woody to ship off the Roundupp gang to Japan, steals Woody after his mom won’t sell it to him. And Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), Mr. Potato Head (Don Rickles), Hamm (John Ratzenberger), Rex (Wallace Shawn), and Slinky Dog (Jim Varney in his last movie) goes off to save Buzz. And gets a warning from Mrs. Potato Head, “Don’t Talk to any toy you don’t know”.

I bought this movie for my kids last Christmas and now look whats happening? Well let me tell you the story, when i first got this for my two boys, they watched it atleast 2 times a day. Soon, they started believing that toys are really alive. Now, they try to talk to theyre toys, and when the toys dont say anything back, they try to kill them! I have found about 6 toys, totally ripped apart in their rooms, and they are still watching the movie 2 times a day! Its been a year, and theyre at it again! So i suggest, DONT BUY THIS for your kids!

Disney, thanks for putting this set in to the “vault”. All you’ve managed to do is create a market of bootlegs, imports and scam artists. How about prosecuting some of the scum?
Thanks Disney.

I purchased this item for a Christmas gift for my grandson and had it shipped to him in another state. to this date the item has not been delivered. Almost 3 months now. I sent an inquiry to the seller last week and haven’t even recieved a reply as to why or when I will get the item delivered. I might rethink future purchases made through Amazon links. Buyer beware.
