Jack rocks. I am 30, and I love this cartoon. Have been loving Jack since my 10 year old and I saw the first episode years ago. Now my 6 year old and my 4 year old watch all of the past 3 seasons DVDs with us. Nothing is more kickin’ than a dude with a machine gun leg, blind archers that shoot like Robin Hood, crazy hypno music playing DJs… I could go on forever. But the sad part of Jack’s short 4th series is they jacked up the show schedule, then canned it. Well I’m glad to have been able to save these shows forever. If you dig Avatar now, or ever get a kick out of Dexter’s Lab, and you think things like Honor and Courage are good qualities in your little kids TV Hero, this show is right up your alley.

Stay for the crab cakes! The fourth season of Samurai Jack is as good as the third season, which is as good as the second season, which was as good as first season. The humor, the tons of action, the thrills. Let us face the facts – the Samurai Jack series is one of the best cartoons to come out of an American studio for a very long time. And it will be missed. The artwork, the storytelling, the characters, the feel that it was made with lots of love and lots of intelligence. And what ever happened to Lulu? And can you remember all the lines taken from Star Wars?
Also, don’t forget the extras such as deleted scenes and a few features with Genndy. Even the Samurai Jack promos were cool to watch.
Waiting for the promised movie!

Best of all seasons. I wish they would have sent him home in the final episode but I guess they were too busy writing Dexter’s Laboratory. Collectible.
